1. Silk Screen Imprint

2. Emboss / Deboss
Emboss/deboss printing is used for logo printing, ensuring standing out of the printed pieces where others fall flat. The logo becomes part of the product after injecting or stamping. 3. Full Color / Four Color Process / CMYK

4. Woven Label

7. Embroidery
Embroidery is very popular for uniforms or corporate events. A design is stitched onto a material through the use of high-speed, computer-controlled sewing machines. Artwork must first be “digitized,” which is the specialized process of converting two-dimensional artwork into stitches or thread. The digitizer must actually recreate the artwork using stitches. Then it programs the sewing machine to sew a specific design, in a specific color, with a specific type of stitch. This is the process known as digitizing.

8. Thermal transfer printing
It is a digital printing method where the material is applied to the paper by melting the coating of the ribbon. 9. Hot Stamping Foil
The hot stamping process includes a hot stamping press, a hot stamping die or type, and sometimes a hot stamping foil if you choose to add color to your impression. The hot stamping press contains a heating element that heats up the die or type; the marking cycle starts when the press engages the heated die or type with the foil and transfers the ink from the foil carrier onto the part to be marked. The press then disengages at the end of the marking cycle leaving behind a crisp, permanent, ink impression on the part.
