1. How many days are required for sampling

Sample without Personalization: we need about 3-7 working days to turn out the physical samples after confirmation of Sample Order (depending on sample quantity and availability of materials from our stock)

Sample with Personalization: we need 5-14 working days to set up the molds, depending on the type of molds we make.

Lead Time: 2 days

However, in order to cooperate with clients’ sales & Promotion schedules, we will try our best to speed up the time of sampling. Especially alert us if you are in urgent need.

2. Sample Costs

Cost: We charge sample costs starting from US$5.00 per piece, varying in the size, color, and workmanship complications of the sample. – and please understand that such cost is merely to cover our worker labor costs to make sure they can turn out samples duly and accurately.

Personalized Brand/Logo Setup Cost (if required): is also chargeable.

Production Sample Proof – An actual physical sample with a personalized logo will be sent for clients’ approval before bulk production. This process has high costs due to the labor and setup costs involved, and having to slow production schedule; If you are producing a large order and are not under time constraints this may be worth doing to ensure complete satisfaction with your design.

3. After placing the order, we will provide an estimated delivery time. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the days we confirmed.

Normally when it’s delivered by a courier company, like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, and EMS, that will take approx. 5-7 working days to deliver to most worldwide countries; or 7-12 days by Economy Way.

5 Steps Quality Control

Step 4 -- Finished Product Inspection

Single packing & carton and after packed check.

Content: Initial finishing inspection: Check each item if they are clean, sewing thread ends are neat, trimmed etc. Final finishing Inspection: tagging and packing. Internal audit: do an audit of packed items.

Step 5 -- Finally Inspection Before Shipment

Packing, Delivery and Shipments

The packing of the glasses storage Box, sunglasses pouches and other glasses packaging products is an important factor during the delivery and shipment. Usually 5 layer double wall corrugated cartons with good strength and durability;

Loaded on pallets for sea shipping to reduce the rough handling of the workers;

Usually within 15 kg per carton;

Bubble film and wrapping film when necessary;

Each Piece(or Set) of product is to be packed into one transparent PP polybag;

Packing service

Protection during the shipping

The 5 layer double wall corrugated cartons are strong. But when the gross weight is over 20kg, the carton might be easily broken during the loading and unloading process. That’s why we keep the weight below 15kg per carton. Sometimes, we use the 7 layers cartons to pack our products when the extra strength is necessary.

Also, we need to take into the stacking strength of the outer cartons. The products inside the bottom cartons might be crushed and damaged under too much pressure from the above cartons. This is very important when the height of the cartons is over 2.5m in the 40″ HC container.

When the cartons are stacked too high, they might fall and break. In order to provide the best protection to the products inside, we load the cartons on the pallets and use the wrapping films around the cartons and pallets to avoid falling. Sometimes, we load pallets no more than 1.7mm in height.

For some paper products which are easy to dirt and scratch, we pack each one inside a cellophane plastic bag for protection.

When the gross weight of the order is no more than 200kg, the express would be a perfect choice. The express is fast, usually taking only 4-7 work days.
